Аннотація: The article considers constitutional and legal aspects of the parliamentary control implementation in Ukraine as an important function of the parliament and a component of the balanced work of all branches of government in the state governed by the rule of law. Legal content of the concept of parliamentary control and its interpretation in the constitutional law science is examined. Parliamentary control is characterized as one of the main functions of the parliament and an independent direction of the parliament activity on the monitoring of activities of executive
authorities of the state, state bodies, local governments.
