Summary: The article is devoted to solving the problem of effective digital signal processing of the information system for monitoring the indicators of chemical processes of a biogas plant. Сonsiders the principles of digital signal processing, general provisions of digital filtering, existing methods of noise filtering in electrical signals, the median filters of one-dimensional signals are studied in details. In order to increase the speed of information processing, a median filtering algorithm based on difference matrices using the threshold saturation function was developed.
